Rent is high in Vancouver but it’s the constant increases that’s the killer. Annual 2.3% plus increased parking, increased locker fees, and now tenants are being charged for building repairs.😳 Corporate landlords found a loophole in the tenancy laws. Our building has also received a monthly charge of repairs to the elevator.
