the first time I donated i hadn't drank enough water before and I started sweating and my vision started to go black. so I flagged down one of the nurses and I was like "yo, im about to pass out" so she switched me to the saline and they gave my a bunch of ice packs and a warm powerade and I felt more refreshed than I ever had in my life frfr
