100%.. The NBA wants specific outcomes. There is no scenario where one team should have 20+ free throws in a half and the other has less than 10 when both teams are playing extremely physical ball. It all comes down to revenue, and milking a matchup dry. No way the NBA is letting a massive market win in less than 5 games.
