both my knees are the bad knee..one's just worse than the other, but im having my first surgery on my right one and then after im fully healed my left one will get the attention it needs 😛

at my last appointment. "don't restrict yourself from anything, this will never happen again" at my first appointment three years later for my other knee "there was almost a 100% chance of this happening to the other side, I'm surprised no one told you."

med student here! you’re putting a lot of weight and pressure on your good leg to not cause pain/irritation in the bad leg. completely normal and should stop once adapted or once the bad leg has healed!
