150-180k a month for a home cleaning service is a fair trade. You shouldnโ€™t focus on entitlement because you believe someone is super wealthy. Rather focus on improving your worth, so your services have more value

My brother you are making a valid point here, a lot of people don't want their workers to grow. This is happening everywhere

Jahdiel Eddie :
I think that argument misses an important point. The billionaire wasnโ€™t responsible for the maid having two children, so itโ€™s not really fair to suggest that her employer should automatically increase her salary simply because her personal circumstances changed. When she was earning โ‚ฆ180,000 and had no children, that was her agreed pay. If she later chose to have children, she also had a responsibility to plan her finances and make decisions based on the reality of her income. Personal choices come with personal responsibilities. Also, someoneโ€™s wealth doesnโ€™t automatically determine what every employee should earn. The question should be whether โ‚ฆ180,000 is a fair wage for the job being done, not whether the employer is wealthy enough to pay โ‚ฆ1 million. A billionaire paying a cleaner โ‚ฆ180,000 may or may not be fair depending on the market and the job, but his net worth alone doesnโ€™t create an obligation to multiply her salary because her family grew. Compassion is good, and if he decides to pay more, thatโ€™s generous. But generosity is voluntary; responsibility for her life choices remains hers.
