Depends on the body truly on honestly, and not like the LITERAL body but like…where the person in the body is, i think the most difficult-and i struggle with this too is, where in my body am i present, i find the social issues we face on a individual scale-are hard to be present with since we could be experience-those same issues but like at 15 or 35, AND THATS A BIG GAP where we can go so “long” or so “short” in life facing the same issues, its time dilation and we can jump back and forth from the future and past, so presence is like the only key to face issues on the field and not feel like talking down or someone taking light of your own agony, fun planet problems lol

There is probably a psychological reason that stems from being left out or feeling like a focus feels like an attack. Its most probably not the case, but its still something to be aware of existing. Tone and how we present ourselves can be perceived more than one way, and what would be peaceful and informative to some would be direct and confrontational to another.
