@kimberlyydang: You literally need just ONE minute of this exercise per day to train your thinking and articulation skills 🙂↕️ As you can probably tell from my example here, I also struggle with thinking on the spot sometimes. But the effort in practising word association and speaking my thoughts out loud will compound over time!! Inspired by Vinh Giang, this exercise is soo simple: generate a random word and talk about it for 1–2 minutes without ANY preparation. It feels clunky at first, but that’s exactly how you strengthen the mind-to-mouth connection. If you enjoyed this one, check out my anadiplosis video too!!
