Ingredients 1 lb Polish kielbasa, sliced 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved 2 cups sauerkraut, drained 1 small onion, sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Salt and black pepper, to taste 2 tbsp melted butter Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Add the halved potatoes, sliced kielbasa, onion, and sauerkraut to a large foil-lined baking sheet. 3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Pour the seasoning mixture over everything and toss well to coat. 5. Spread everything into an even layer. 6. Bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden and the sausage is nicely browned. 7.
