@sarah.kinnaird: My kids have been lucky enough to not experience any sort of grief of losing someone, however lately my eldest has been asking a lot of questions about it. I was recording a chitchat for a friend, when the conversation with Moosh turned really deep, and although talking about what happens at the end of life isn’t my forte, I feel like I handled this one pretty well. #grief #greifandloss #greifjourney #afterlife #griefsupport
After my nan passing earlier in the year we’ve spoken a lot about her being in the stars looking down on us. We pick the brightest star and say, look that’s nana watching over us. They’re tough conversations to have with little ones but totally worth it

The best thing my dad taught me was about death and how it goes and to never be scared. He past away during Covid and I was never scared but I have always been scared of the emotions attached to people close to you passing away. Honestly you’re a fantastic mum and your kids will always feel loved 🫶🏻
