The only way is to not buy from them, I know it's sad, but it's the only way, maybe artists and their agencies will take some actions, change vendors or something. We waited 2 hours on bugged queue too and just saw "sold out"...

I couldn't get the bts tickets myself (stood 3 nights in a row in the queue), so sadly I had to buy them from a reseller to Hong Kong. That was the only option left😭

By the way, does anyone know what the Hong Kong concert setup will be like? Where? What? Where? VIP seating in Asia is usually reserved seating, right? I’ve been checking the official site (which is full of fluff), and the only info is about the sales process and the fact that the tickets aren't electronic or personalized. That’s what confuses me: did China make no effort at all to stop scalpers? How will they even verify that a ticket belongs to you? So many questions... so few answers.
