MiraLAX works better at least for me than Magnesium Citrate and is easier on your stomach! I recommend to start half a cap the first day and then one cap every day. I have lost 12 lbs in six weeks with Zep ♥️

The constipation is awful! I’m week 2 and thought I was doing all the right things but apparently not. I’m well prepared for if it starts again but wish I hadn’t assume I would be ok as I had never had it before!
