I don’t know what you call it.. but I’ve done it and I can set the conditions to do it time and again.. astral projection is real .. it’s not lucid dreaming., it’s not a dream.. you are literally consciousness walking/flying/moving through space. When I was in it what looked like distorted tv waves as if the connection I was using was a little distorted. But I walked through the walls of my home. By the time I had done this I had already astral projected dozens of times.. the feeling before you project is unlike anything you will ever feel anywhere else.
