Not in its entirety.. in the Philippines, there is Muslim Divorce, which is officially recognised, and can be registered at the PSA and shown on a Cenomar. But you have to sign a conversation to Islam. Or you can get a foreign divorce, which alot of OFW do in other Asian countries, and some in western countries.. and get a special processing at the RTC to have a PH judge declare a Recognition of Foreign Judgement Order,which he can order the Civil Registry and PSA to note it on the original marriage certificate.
