Lexi was definitely Rue’s most loyal friend. Unfortunately having a person struggling with addiction in your life sometimes means losing a lot of trust for them . Not to mention her dad was an addict and put her and Cassie through hell. So it’s probably extremely triggering for her to have to go through it with Rue time and time again. Do I think that their last convo was great on Lexi’s end? No. I definitely do think she came off as judgemental. But you can’t sit here and act like she wasn’t there for Rue throughout season one and two. Mind you they are all grown asf and she’s trying to make a life for herself she doesn’t have the same capacity to be as invested in Rue’s life. She literally had been letting rue stay with her on her couch and we’re saying she’s not a good friend?

I think they were all her friends it’s just the reality of being friends with a addict she lied so much people don’t believe her when she actually tries like the boy who cried wolf they care but it’s always going to feel like fate when they check because they assume she’s still doing the same ole

Ali really did treat Rue like his own daughter! He loved Rue because he knew all about the struggles of addiction, he could relate to her. Now Fez accepted Rue for who she was! That’s what was beautiful about Fez! If he cared and loved you he would ride or die! When he said Rue was his sister he meant it. He never tried to change Rue. He did have boundaries when it came to her drug use, but he always looked after her! That’s why Rue loved Fez so much and saw him when she was dying. She really thought of him as a brother. Rue also didn’t treat him like a stupid delinquent drug dealer. She knew how smart and kind Fez really was and he was much more than a drug dealer!😔😔
