esr it's on our healthboard share point it's a nomination form and there is two different types you can speak to pension department in your healthboard

I cannot nominate any of my children to receive my pension because my divorce is not finalised … I have a decree nici not a decree absolute as my ex will not sign the papers ..

I was told that the only person who you can leave your pension to is a spouse, he told me the pension dies with me unless I’m married🤷♀️death in service is different and I can nominate my kids, is this right?
