Ich koche komplett ohne Tüten und bruhwurfel. Ich mache meine Brühe selbst im Slow-cooker und koche sie ein. Gemüse ruhe einmal schnippel 10 gr Salz auf ein kg Gemüse ein Teil im gals I'm Kühlschrank ein Teil getrocknet und zu Pulver gemacht. Geht auch mit Hühner oder Rind ruhe so.
