For those who don’t know you can grill Nem Chua, yes you can ❤️We do grill our Nem Chua in the central region of Vietnam, and then dip it in either chilli soy sauce or Chin Su (a Vietnamese chilli sauce brand) or just regular chilli sauce if u can’t find it

People typically eat it raw, the chilli and garlic is to help with that. It's usually cold because it's just refrigerated, not frozen.
