🍄‍🟫🍄‍🟫Delicious Butter Mushroom Rice Ingredients • 2 cup rice • 1 cup water • Mixed mushrooms (button, brown, shimeji & morel) • Cordyceps flower • 3 cloves garlic • 1/2 tbsp butter • Scallions Seasoning • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (to taste) • 1 tbsp dashi sauce • Black pepper The mushrooms release quite a bit of water, so I only used 1 cup water here. Cook as usual, then finish with butter and scallions 🤍

Rice cooker started off nonstick as well. Using any of these coated pans you're gonna end up with scratches.
