My late diagnosis of ADHD at age 26 completely changed my life for the better. Suddenly I had resources, support, and a sense of understanding about myself that I never had before. It came with a ton of grief, letting go of the shame, and hard changes in life, but I cannot emphasize enough how much better I am living, feeling, and functioning on the other side of it all.
