hala same!! pero yung ginagawa ko is nilalagay ko ice cube sa panyo then iccover ko yung upper part ng phone ko using yung panyo na nabasa ng ice cube. been doing it for a month i think, and so far effective naman HAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Jusko wag niyo gagawin 'yan, masisira phone niyo! 😭 May water resistance ang iPhone, pero ang biglaang lamig (gaya ng basang tissue o yelo) ay magko-cause ng thermal shock at condensation.!ibig sabihin magmo-moist ang LOOB niyan kahit hindi lubog sa tubig. Best routine pag nag-heheat ang phone: Tanggalin agad ang case, Keep it away from chargers, Patayin muna for 10 mins and hide it sa dilim (like sa bag mo) para kusang mag-cool down nang normal.

Ice is a terrible idea 😭 the sudden cold creates moisture inside the phone and will water-damage the battery. just turn it off and let it cool down normally.
