i adore your affinity for the salty-sweet combo. as an Aussie one of my fave embodiments of this delicious phenomenon is: toast with plenty of butter, a slight scraping of Vegemite (there's the Aussie part, but truly the thinnest layer possible is best), and a drizzle of honey. it's a delightful breakfast & i think you'd love it 🫶🏻

I tell people to add a little salt to the coffee grounds when brewing so it cuts the bitterness and makes it super smooth. I can't have coffee any other way now.
