❇️ INGREDIENTS 1kg All purpose flour 2 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Salt 4 tbs Ghee (3 to the flour & 1 to the dough) Warm Water (can't quite remember the quantity but it was about ½ L) Oil for frying. ❇️ INSTRUCTIONS Mix the dry ingredients. Add ghee and rub in the flour. Add water gradually as you form a dough. Knead for about 7 mins . Cut the dough into chunks and add 1 tbsp ghee. Knead for 3 minutes, until the bowl is clean and it's not sticky. Cover and rest for 30 mins - 1 hour. Divide into small balls. Roll out, apply ghee /oil, dust with some flour and roll. Start cooking until both sides are golden brown. Cover with a foil for storage.
