This is both so heartbreaking and incredibly beautiful to watch. Thank you for sharing these raw, tender moments with your nan, Jessica. Caring for our elderly, especially when dealing with dementia, is one of the hardest things a person can do, but it is also the ultimate act of love. It’s a reminder that even when their memories fade, our love for them shouldn't.
