my manager arrives at 6 and leave same time as me who arrived at 7:30. if we not busy we leave 12:30 or 13:00. Good bless that lady. Same as my boss since he works at home. if we not busy he calls in or send an email for us to leave... When it is heavily raining he sends WhatsApp for us not to come. Best Company I've ever worked for.
