@airfryershru: Air Fryer Green Masala Chicken Skewers 🍢 #EasyRecipes #chicken #foodies #healthyrecipe #airfryer Ingredients: For the green masala paste * 1 cup fresh coriander leaves * ½ cup fresh mint leaves * 2 green chillies * 1-inch ginger piece * 2–3 tbsp water (if needed for grinding) For the marinade: * 500 g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized cubes * Green masala paste (prepared above) * 1 tsp red chilli powder * ¼ tsp turmeric powder * 1 tsp garam masala * 1 tsp salt (or to taste) * ½ cup thick curd (yogurt) * 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional) * 1 tbsp oil Cut 500 g boneless chicken into bite-sized cubes and keep aside. Add 1 cup coriander leaves, ½ cup mint leaves, 2 green chillies, and 1-inch ginger to a mixer jar. Grind everything into a smooth green paste. Transfer the paste to a mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Add 1 tsp garam masala. Add 1 tsp salt. Add ½ cup thick curd (yogurt). Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil. Mix everything well to prepare the marinade. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the masala mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 18–20 minutes at 180°C. Turn the skewers halfway through cooking. Cook until the chicken is tender and lightly charred. Brush the garlic butter glaze generously over the hot chicken skewers.
