Aww you sound so so sweet! So sad that you’re in this position 😓 it’s so sad to see so MANY people in the position. I’m coeliac so I can only imagine how hard it is. I will absolutely be putting GF stuff in the food bank bin from now on!

Ashame they didn’t change things in the bag for you for being gf My local one packs them based on dietary requirements. Bless you for being so understanding in a hard time. I am also gluten free, its expensive!

you seem like such a lovely grateful girl. I'm glad you managed to get yourself a wee food haul, you can use the corn beef and potato for corn beef hash, it's not like mince as I heard you say this 🙈 put the jam into the rice pudding, or the mandarins xx

never been more proud of a stranger lovely, well done asking for help X corn beef - mash up and add the beans then add a layer of mash on top and bake will make enough for two really filling meals. if you have cheese you can add a sprinkle on the top and pop back in the oven for 5 mins x the black currents are good with custard or a gluten free crumble x

I've been there before I was so scared but they don't judge and there so kind. if your trying to get more money try survey apps Attapoll and Qmee I get at least £50 a month if I do a load everyday. one pulse and vypr (that's how it's spelt) are great too hope this helps

Check for a community kitchen/grocery near you, it usually costs around £3-£5 depending on the size of food shop you get, but you can get A LOT for very little money and you can pick it all yourself, and you don’t need a referral like a food bank 💖

you can add the potatoes, cornbeef & carrot & add a onion if you have one with a oxo or some granules & make an hash,i didn't know you can have Branson beans of your gluten free I have to buy heinz for the hubby & there so expensive
