i found some peoples comment in some Vids about this cutscene that is denial about Rovers spectro ability...but looking back at 1.x at jinshi's quest that she trying to get her second awakening..the whole mount firmament is affected by jue' ability (temporal mandate) everything is freezed...when rover arrived at mount firmament he doesnt affected at all...that is the proof rover has resistance towards any ability related to time or ability that can make someone so fast that make everything is slow...sandevistan is just cyberware that temporarily accelerates the users nervous system
