They had absolutely NO reason to hit him or break the window or any of that. That being said, when just the one cop was there and asked him for his license, had he just complied, things wouldn’t have escalated. I have been pulled over for bs reasons a few times and I’ve never had the desire to refuse to give them my license. Arguing w them at the scene will never lead to anything good.
