sent over the this morning we get sent hundreds a day were trying to get done at the same time, need ur id probably getting a cd and we need id before we can legally hand it out. we literally never shout of what the medication is for we talk to them at the counter. the address doesn't need to be said loudly just loud enough we can hear it so we definitely giving out the right meds to the right person. returned to spine normally been sat at the pharmacy over a month or we may not have it avaliable for stock. you should be ontop of getting your meds dont order day of order a week in advance (weekends not included) if you get notif when ur meds is ready then wait for that 4 days before you run out make sure you call or come in to make sure it has been sent to us and not waiting for the surgery to sign the script off

As someone who wants to get into pharmacy… you don’t understand how hard the work really is. Making sure the prescription is valid and legal.. to then finding the correct dosage and keep rechecking the prescription to see if you have the right dosage 😂💀 and mind you they aren’t doing just 1 person.. they are doing ongoing/repeat aswell as anyone who’s entered the doctors from 8-6pm.. my pharmacy noticed an illegal prescription which could of harmed me and they sorted it out.. I know mines safe so I just wait whether it’s 10 mins or 30.. I know they are reliable 🥰

Between me, my partner and my Mum, we are such regulars in our local pharmacy that the woman behind the counter just sees me walking in and asks “which one of you is it for this time?” - that’s if she doesn’t have it ready and waiting by the time I reach the counter! She also knows our address and dates of birth by heart 😂
