@grahamwardleonline: Have you ever felt like you have so many things to get done and still find yourself “wasting time” on stuff you shouldn’t be doing? Then you beat yourself up for wasting time and push yourself harder into being more efficient. Which inevitably leads to burnout or depression as you have been avoiding what is beneath the surface. After doing this to myself for many years, I realized that the only “wasted time” is the time I’m choosing not to be present with what I’m doing. By bringing my awareness fully into the moment I am shown what is actually happening or why I’m actually engaged in this activity. Then I have the choice to continue with pressence or to shift and move into what I feel inspired by or called to do. In this moment, do you feel like you’re wasting time? If you bring your awareness fully into this moment, what is it really about? Are you looking for down time? Time with yourself? Distraction from something painful or uncertain? Maybe a genuine conversation? Comment “Watch” and I’ll DM you the full conversation. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
