Ingredients 8 ready-made crêpes (a great shortcut for an easy dessert) Chocolate Mascarpone Cream •250 g mascarpone cheese •100 g whipped cream •70 g icing sugar •1 tbsp cocoa powder Chocolate Glazing •100 g milk couverture chocolate •30 g neutral oil •Crushed hazelnuts or peanuts, for topping Method Chocolate Mascarpone Cream Whip the mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth and creamy. Chocolate Glazing Melt all ingredients until smooth. Assembly 1.Overlap 5 crepes slightly. 2.Spread cream evenly over the surface. 3.Roll tightly into a log. 4.Pour ganache over the roll letting it drip down the sides. 5.Chill for 1 hour. 6.Serve slightly chilled. #easydessert
