@rohip90: Front don't usually post front-view photos, but today I'm surprisingly taking it from the front to check on my current condition. Looking at it objectively, I'm happy to see that the outline of my chest and the roundness of my shoulders (delts) are becoming more defined than before! Especially since I've been focusing on upper chest volume recently, it feels like the hard work is slowly paying off. That being said, I still have a lot to work on, like getting that V-taper contrast with my waist and adding more overall bulk. Instead of getting caught up in day-to-day changes in the mirror, I'll just focus on making progress step by step. Had another great session today.
