the clause of eligibility for refund is only applicable if you have receipts for online booking, not drive in like pudds’s case i believe. wth is kpdn doing srsly? mahb clearly didn’t put any of those terms in their ads thus the ads are misleading but the blame is on us for not calling in advance to confirm on the price, terms or etc? smh 🤦🏻♀️

kpdn did not even mention expired promo without ending date - that is the real issue here 😅 meanwhile at normal shop even rm0.10 sen difference or confusing price will definitely got summons and customers have rights to request the differences

I don't think they r gonna refund back as what kpdn line replied "anda boleh membuat tuntutan sekiranya terdapat lebihan caj tidak mengikut harga yang ditetapkan." = they charge according to what they had set, its just their mistake not informing it publicly causing the shock from ur end. But still, if they got a sense of responsibility and ownership, they should initiate a refund for all affected cust.
