It’s not the identity of who you are it’s just a part of you ❤️ Write a letter to this part of you. Tell it how this behaviour makes you feel, tell this part how you feel towards it, what you’d love to be different etc. etc. Keep letting your pen flow to paper until you feel complete ❤️ Read the letter you wrote and while you read it aloud, use the tool called Tapping / Emotional Freedom Techniques that I teach you in the video as you read the letter. Keep using the tapping tool by tapping 5-7 times per point as you read the letter until the letter is complete ❤️ GO TO PART 2 People make the mistake of thinking that binge eating just has to do with discipline and that if you could only have more discipline maybe you would no longer suffer from binge eating but what you actually need to do is focus on re programming your pathways in your brain that are creating you to have the urge to binge and keep the cycle going.
