@nurse_darwin: IV insertion in chemotherapy patients can be especially challenging. Their veins are often thin, fragile, and hard to find, so patience is key. When I finally locate a good vein, I prefer a slow and gentle approach during insertion to help minimize the risk of vein rupture.
