One thing to try is Anna’s wild yam cream. It has really helped me, especially with the hot flushes

As men we need to better understand and support the one we feel in loved with, the mother of my children. My best friend. 42 years of marriage and still enjoying date nights. How a Matriarcal society could change the world and bring peace to all.

I’m SO proud of my GEN X generation for being the first ones to freely speak of this and start demanding answers. Hopefully there’s more research and options for the younger generations ! I feel so sad for the older generations going through this without the information that’s finally available now

I woke up one morning and just didn’t recognize myself anymore. I’m devastated. I can’t sleep even though I’m passing out by 8/9 pm b/c I’m exhausted feeling. The rage is unbelievable! I have to cool my shit all the time and that’s hard work anymore. I feel like I’m hitting second puberty but this one is way worse. Cry one min, raging the next, no energy, constant fatigue, itchy ears. I don’t know who I am anymore. I’m lost. 😞
