This is great information. it really really helps me understand what my wife is going through at any given time. Often I have been able to help deescalate a seemly tense situation to a more calm atmosphere. Not always by a big measure, but usually some level of comfort is added. All of this practice has really helped our relationship. As I am completely opposite.
