@agentic.james: Here are the Claude Code features that separate the top 1 percent of users from everyone else. First, background sub-agents: your main session spins off mini versions of itself on whatever model you want, Opus, Sonnet or Haiku, each in its own context window, as many in parallel as you need, so you're working ten tasks at once. Second, hooks: little pieces of code that intercept what Claude Code does and let you trigger your own commands or straight up block it from taking an action, real control over the meat and potatoes. Third, skills that run in a forked sub-agent context window, so a skill executes in its own clean context instead of clogging your main one. And fourth, agent teams, a crew of agents each with their own role and personality that actually message each other while they work.
