When my dog was a puppy, it only took him 2 weeks to get used to this. It definitely works, but you have to be strong and not give in!

Yes! The first day takes FOREVER because you’re going in and out every 10 seconds 😂 but after a day or max 2 they have it nailed, so worth it.

My biggest hack was to crate train my puppy when leaving the house and leaving him in front of the tv with soothing sounds for dogs on YouTube it worked like a charm

Good luck with training!🫶🏻 Ugh I remember those days with our puppy, it was very tough. But he will learn. The only suggestion I have is start w very baby steps. First should be literally nanosecond, like open door, you went and immediately came back. Repeat this 5x day several days. Then you can slowly build. He firstly should be comfortable with the idea you leaving. The goal is not to provoke cry once you closed the door and come back before he started crying)
