Not in attempt to make them realise what they lost but to heal and fix and discover the battles you can face alone, to rediscover your strength and to truly understand all you need is you! Depends when i broke up with them i just moved on, didn’t care went out with friends but after like 6 months it hit me, everything i said and did to her so i broke no contact to say sorry and we get back together and then it failed again and it repeated for one more time then it was final… with another girl i broke up i never cared, i got with her like maybe a month or two after the 2nd break up with the first girl so it was maybe just rebound so no real feelings, but now i had girl that was the best relationship for me and she broke up with me and the first month was fucking shit i never feeled this much emotions in me, its almost month and half after the break up its better but still shit i can live normally but i still think about her but im going more out with friends and i can go feeling good and dont think about it, but i feel like that she is never going to leave my mind so i just need to learn go with it thru life

For me, at first it wasn’t bad at all and I was relieved because the amount of stress we were putting on each other. Then about month 1-4 I was in a dark place and reliving all parts of the relationship and now I am sad we couldn’t work it out but the distance also helped me realize what I didn’t like about her actions and the relationship itself
