The reason she has banner for the whole patch for her debut banner is showing SHE IS THE CYRENE of elation, why would hoyo shoving us Yaoguang's banner for a whole patch just to powercreep her, and if they did manage to powercreep her, what would the future character kit would be? coz yao guang gave free aha instan from her ultimate alone is already broken

mama she IS the cyrene. she literally has the perfect kit for every elation who wants to play elation. they just released the characters in reverse with Cyrene/Yao Guang and Sparxie/Evernight. we're just waiting for the Hyacine then the off elation

Yao Guang is literally the reason Elation works so well, you can’t run an elation team without her, but you can run Remembrance teams without Cyrene

see the thing is that yao isn't an universal support, she has her niche (elation teams) where she's extremely valuable. on the other hand, tribbie was replaced in monorem because her kit wasn't made for that team in the first place so she offered no specific buffs that would make her bis in the long run

No? 😭 mono elation is only missing its sustain which I’d like to say is nihilux (leaks say she’s a main push character so imo it would make sense for her to have relevance in BOTH elation teams) and someone to replace emc in evanescia’s team.
