can it be due to gen diseases affecting veins?? my mom has it but also young stroke (uncle) & kidney failure young in multiple fam member. my feet swell terrible too

my legs are full of these. im over weight ( slowly losing weight) and I work in my feet alot. no doctor has ever shown and concern, but if I have any kind of trauma to my leg it ends up eith localized adema and discoloration that doesnt go away.

I have one on my right shin bone about the lengh of the shin, it constantly hurts like a stining pain. my dr prescribed me compression socks, and in the past injections for my stomache which did nothing. can i get the vein cut out?
