ask someone! Us new yorkers may not be nice, but we are kind! when I first moved to NYC I was lost in Penn Station and this sweet old lady asked if I needed helped and ended up walking me to my train. I will never forget her. Also if it makes you feel better I have lived in NYC for 12 years and still get off at the wrong stop sometimes 🤣

definitely don’t be scared to ask someone! New Yorkers might seem rude but are actually really nice and helpful. If you aren’t used to it the system map looks crazy 😂 if you ask someone they’ll make sure you find the right train and where to get on/off
