that's important to connect to connect the right buyer to the right house I have not seen a diamond of an estate agent do this, they only want to say, this is one is a cash deal only to find this person is not the fit..you are never going to convince the one that is not the fit for the property...we need ratings and reviews or agents..what are you doing differently every week to sell the property..you can't only change the keys words on the property platform..

That is the way to a 100% the issue that most buyers don’t understand about a pre qualification is they think we are being nosy and we want to see their personal information for our own gain and that is further from the truth we are actually making all our time valuable so there is no waste of time on all sides so when us agents ask for personal information it’s to help you that’s it. Help you find the right property for you.

the seller is carrying the bond, renovations. cleaning before every visit. taking the weeds out..rates and taxes, calls from banks..this is much more effort hence we need agents to step up not like a property is a present to them, ...the client wants to see 2 properties so they can make a choice, like I will have 2 of those dresses or lipsticks or shoes as I am not sure which one my mother will like for sunday..lits important to show respect to the seller for all their efforts too..
