When at home i agree because you have to wait for 30 sec max but in a restaurant someone’s food could arrive 10 minutes lazer and then yours could alteady become cold

waiter should be bringing all the food out at once, or with an immediate second trip. and a good chef will be able to time all the dishes to be finished within moments of each other so the waiter can bring it out all at once

I teach my kiddos at school to “wait until everyone is served”. They’re adorably respectful, when they receive their cupcake on birthday celebration days they ask, “Has everyone been served?” before they eat🥹
