I swear this is one of the keys of life literally if you practice it and get also in stressful situations but learn to not react you can tolerate 90% of physical pain and also you could reach near ego death, I personally experienced all of the above since I had a very bad time, constant trauma and non-vanishing anxiety have led me to this
