Preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. 2. In a bowl whisk your eggs. 3. Cut your banana in half, then take each of the half pieces and cut them in half again to get a fourth. 4. On a piece of parchment paper, coated with a spray of oil place your wet rice paper and on top, place the fourth piece of banana coated with a sixth of your cinnamon and a sixth of your chocolate chips on top of the wet rice paper. 6.
