We’re talking about anger, which is an emotion we all feel from time to time. Buuut, that’s not an excuse to behave in hurtful or harmful ways… good thing a stoic philosopher wrote a whole book on this emotion. Better yet, modern psychology agrees with most of his ideas on it! As always, there’s a looot more to say about everything I’m mentioning. This video is meant only as an easy-to-digest introduction to the topic.
