As much shit and trauma that happened in season 1, there’s definitely a kind of comfort that it has. All 3 of my fav characters being together as a family (even a toxic one) in New Orleans is just so great. Especially with Louis and Lestat actually being together. And with the imagery and the sets and the costumes… nothing can beat it.
