True, but in some country (like france) if you leave the con you can’t go back in so you’re forced to eat inside and that’s a reason why many people don’t eat at con, because water and food is almost impossible to bring inside sometimes.

it's a really bad habit but i just get protein drink in the morning and then I'm so busy throughout the day that I just dont eat or drink. but people know this and bring me snacks sometimes haha. the curse of working busy cons 😔 but it's not a flex to skip meals its super unhealthy 😭

my last con had a strict no outside food or drink and if u left to grab food outside u’d have to wait in the line to get back in, which couldve taken 30 minutes to an hour w how big the con was (plus it was 103 out)
